Where do your herbs and teas come from?
We grow many herbs right here in the U.S., using native Siberian varieties when possible. Some specialty ingredients are imported directly from Siberia and surrounding regions for authenticity. We will also source locally when possible and ship in within the USA.

Are your products organic?
Most of our ingredients are purchased certified organic, and we clearly mark when that’s the case. While we're not USDA certified ourselves (yet), we prioritize clean, chemical-free sourcing.

Do your teas contain caffeine?
Many of our blends are caffeine-free and made from herbs, flowers, and berries. However, some do contain naturally caffeinated ingredients. Each product lists this clearly.

How should I store the herbs, teas, or spices?
Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Airtight containers (like the ones we offer!) help preserve freshness and potency longer.

What’s the shelf life of your products?
Most items last 1–2 years when stored properly. We blend in small batches, so what you get is always fresh.

Can I visit your physical store?
Yes! We're located in Andover, Ohio, at 36 Public Square. Stop in for tea samples, spice sniffing, and seasonal specials.

Do you ship nationwide?
Absolutely. After passing our food safety inspection, we're proud to ship across the U.S. directly from our Ohio storefront and online shop.
